Diagnosis and quote
A standard diagnosis is $30. Most repairs are quoted after the issue is understood, and parts are approved before ordering.

Repair, test, return
Most common jobs target a 1-3 day turnaround after diagnosis and parts availability. Local pickup/drop-off is available for a small fee.

Certified support with real gaming and performance knowledge.
Austin holds CompTIA A+, Python PCEP, and an AA in Information Technology, with hands-on knowledge of gaming PCs, performance tuning, Windows behavior, and hardware bottlenecks. If a repair cannot be completed, the repair charge is refunded. The diagnosis fee is final once the issue is diagnosed; if the issue cannot be diagnosed, the diagnosis fee is refunded too.
